2. Description of Service Makting is an AI-powered SaaS platform providing tools for content generation (text, image, video, audio), chatbot creation, and social media management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Security You are responsible for safeguarding the password and any third-party account integrations (such as Google, X/Twitter, Meta, TikTok) you use to access Makting. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Services and APIs Our platform integrates with third-party social media APIs (e.g., X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to enable automated posting and account management. By linking your social media accounts to Makting, you agree to comply with the respective Terms of Service and Developer Policies of those third-party platforms. Makting is not responsible for any account bans or restrictions imposed by third-party networks due to your content or usage patterns.

5. Acceptable Use and User Conduct You agree NOT to use Makting's AI tools or social media automation features to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or sexually explicit content.

  • Spam, harass, or manipulate third-party platforms.

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any destructive code.

6. Intellectual Property & AI Content The proprietary software, design, and code of Makting belong to us. However, you retain all rights to the specific content you generate using our AI tools, subject to any limitations imposed by the underlying AI models. Makting claims no ownership over your generated outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Makting, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your use of the platform or any third-party API disruptions.
